BCA Regulatory Reports and Consultancy

GBA can inspect an existing building and/or assess proposed building designs and prepare a BCA Report outlining an assessment against the current BCA requirements. Our BCA Audit Reports identify relevant areas of non-compliance identifiable through a visual, non-destructive inspection or plan survey.

GBA also undertake reporting of Essential Safety Measures (ESM’s), liquor licence reports and childcare/education occupant number reports.

GBA aim to provide succinct reports outlining building code and fire safety compliance, deliver pragmatic BCA Deemed-to-Satisfy solutions or recommendations of performance solutions.
